If you've been doing all the challenges and running out of rewards then you'd have earned the 700 fighter currency from the joker event by now, probably got the 600 currency from the levelling event, got 400 from daily login, at least 900 from battle pass by now if you have the premium one. It does suck to earn so little by normal play but you get so much in rewards anyway so where's the harm

Here’s a template just credit me please!
10 Tips for new players

1. get all characters you can up to level 5 you get 100 fighter currency each character.
2. PY attention when doing daily you can get extra if you click the numbers above the missions it counts up to 5 then resets infinity times so if you do a daily click the first number for extra battle pass xp.
3. Play rifts with a friend you get random rewards and more gem xp this way.
4. Each character you level to 15 gives you gleamium it’s worth the grind
5. Using Harley on the jump rope mini game is essential.
6. Use Lebron up special for the chicken collection mini game.
7. Use Bugs for the target mini game he floats and can fly into targets easily.
8. Stay close to the edge for tank mini games as the drones fly in waves of 2-3. 9. Pay attention to your characters level and career progression for rewards as well. 10. Have two mains of different type to cover mission requirements in rifts

I don't doubt it's hard but when i see there's stuff that is also very reminiscing of the beta days (inconsistent hitboxes and hurtboxes) and ironically an infinite on the very first character that had a glitchy infinite (IG) then i ask... the heck happened in the background through the entire year ?

That is without counting the 180 on the progression, i grinded the HELL out of the beta, i got all characters BECAUSE i grinded the beta at my own pace, now new players can't even do that

a lot of characters either devolve into degenerate ladder combos like harley and ww or just "stray hits until my one kill confirm works" like jason and banana guard

not that, the ceilings in this game are way to low and most up specials have way too much bkb to where you should be able to freeze your opponent mid juggle and kill them at like 20

I feel like Jason's boxes are intentional tho. The beta had almost no work on character hitboxes or hurtboxes. like that stuff was AWFUL

takes about 2 days to unlock a character if you do all your dailies and stuff

parrying is good for the game but arial parrying in a juggle scenario is just busted
