asylum has no "ending" like village does, its just endless waves. village has an easteregg you can do to end the game.

Zombies is pretty easy once you get the hang of it, if you know the wave starting and spawning the runners is about to happen position yourself accordingly and move after you deal with the runners

I have a big problem with host being able to TK unlimited times and I made a suggestion because of dealing with complete azzhats over the last couple days, but the host leaving mid game is just part of self hosted servers 🤷

Agreed on the Zombie thing. I've only played a few games so far and yes the Sprinters are annoying and a bit scary with them rushing at you but I haven't had any issues with them glitching and killing. I found out pretty quick that when you hear them, you better go find a good position to kill them. I reached Colonel last night with 977 kills in the game and no issues. Just gotta try to not get yourself in those dangerous situations when you hear them coming.

I think servers keep games alive especially smaller ones because it allows the players to pick a game they want to join or host one. Imagine if there weren't many players on, you're trying to play on a Monday morning and you're stuck in a lobby waiting for people to join. That would certainyl kill the game. Games like COD can afford match making because they have thousands of players on. I think it would hurt a game like this.

From my experience, points are based on gamemode, amount of real players, your performance (and requires you to win)
If you strictly want the most amount of points, I recommend Hardpoint and try to get at least 10-15 kills while winning the game (You will get 450 points)

I personally am not a fan of verses or bodybomb as I suck at one live modes lol but those could be decent too, I see alot of generals / Reissad players playing those modes

As someone playing in 4k all Epic settings on a 55inch QD-OLED TV I can confirm that the graphics were massively downgraded and the performance isn't that great either, usually I play at 4k DLSS Quality to have playable fps but switching to 4k native still looks like I'm playing in 720p there's literally no difference between native 4k and 4k DLSS Q or even Balanced, I tried the public beta and it looks noticeably better and I'm also getting about 10-20fps more using the same settings and the public beta feels a lot more responsive even though the difference in fps isn't that huge

I added the Nexus Mods' to boost FPS, to reverse you just delete the file and it gets recreated by the game (the game asks you to play the tutorial again after you delete the settings file), in the other PC even after installing the mod Nvidia APP kept being able to optimize the settings and show them but here it refuses completely. It happened with other games too and to fix it I reinstalled the app and drivers completely, it worked for them but not Bodycam.

Bodycam might be resistant to mods, as it is a multiplayer game with a solid anticheat

You can always lower the resolution, and it counterintuitively does wonders for the game lmao

The less details you can see, the more immersive it gets as long as you don't get below 720p (HD bodycams in real life used to have that res)

i play from day one and find the graphics to be better now than ever (only from what i can remember, exept for some windows lacking reflections in the Rome map), or at least i haven't notice a downgrade in the last 6/7 months with max graphics on, i saw some comparison screenshots in the pictures section and thought that the latest colorgrading version that was shown actually looked more real than the one before, it's less coolish and cinematic but more "lifelike" and i like it, and it's going to get refined with time for sure. The only little problem i'm kinda having regarding the game state is that they said their communication was going to get more frequent with the release of the latest update, and that the latest update was going to be important because of the change in the structure of the game itself, of big optimization that would have allowed them to release the new updates faster with an ETA of the next one set on february, yet the new update was delayed without much straightfoward communication and it seems that they will have to change a lot in the structure of the game for the next one as well, maybe as much as they did for the lastest one, all of this just makes a lot of what was hyped about in the latest update regarding what it allowed for the future of the game's communication and releases feel pointless, even tho it was a good update overall, and the fps are now great

The windows in Rome use the same trash Screen space reflections as in Fortnite. No Raytracing like in the bathroom mirror of the abandoned house.

I could see enemies on the roof by looking at it but the raytracing disappears on lower graphics settings. While in Rome they are not there at all unfortunately.

Oilrig performed fine in my experience (it was apparently disabled for performance but it never had issues for me)
As for tumblewood though, the map had serious performance issues and was downright unplayable for some
I was able to run it but it wasn't the most pleasant experience with the performance

Oilrigs layout was NOT good from what I can remember

It was extremely linear and lacked anything interesting to the map, but I still hope it comes back eventually

I saw a Video on YouTube which showed running Bodycam on GTX 1050 Ti 4-GB. People commented that’s it’s Impossible and definitely is Impossible. The YouTube Channel Owner said that it is possible in 720p. It’s definitely Fake. A 1050 Ti can’t do 15fps. It was looking same as running on 5060 Ti so in Video that GTX definitely not running the Game

But some Cards do run it great. I ran it on a 3080 and it gave 130fps on 1080p Epic

Almost 2 years ago, I played on 1660 super on ultra settings at 2k with an average 40 fps

It really depends on the map tbh

For example on Rome I see I'm getting like 80fps something pretty constantly at 4k Epic DLSS Quality, on other maps the fps can drop as low as 45-50, and it's not even the map as a whole but just specific zones on the map where the fps drops that bad

By the way, I don't know if the game uses software RT by default, and I don't know if it's placebo but I think my game feels a bit more responsive by setting r.Lumen.HardwareRayTracing=1

Also I noticed there are situations when playing Zombie on Village where the GPU usage drops to like 50% for a couple of seconds, and the fps drops too to around 50fps compared to the usual 60+ I get when the GPU is used normally

Pretty sure they reworked the system for DX12 and a newer unreal engine version, for some that's resulted in slightly worse FPS but it was too increase stability a little more. Most of the details on that should be in the update announcements on Steam (should be in the Halloween one iirc).
