id probably lower shadow, lighting and effects, and you can probably keep texture and resolution high without using upscaling and get a decent fps. it does depend how much fps you are chasing, I am fine it its around 50 something fps or higher at worst. I have no idea what fps my game is running at, but I cant complain about it, so I honestly just havent checked. but usually shadow, lighting on low or medium helps a lot with more fps in games where I feel like my fps it too low.
