I'm not in law or for that matter know much about death penalty laws either. But from a debating pov, do effectively emphasize modes or policies you are going to push for to circumvent possible ethical harms of death penalty. As it stands, there is a pretty long period between sentencing and execution and there are various opportunities for retrials to act as a failsafe which could be points you capitalize on.

the major clash in this debate I can see would be on ethical grounds, whether this form of sentencing is really fair to the perpetrator. There is also another clash on grounds of effectiveness, whether retributive justice of such scale can really deliver justice so you could try to cater your arguments to tackle these issues. This is all from a debaters pov so I'm not sure how that would scale to a Law class debate

i know this is super broad but does anybody have any tips for multiple choice? I know all the content, and I could easily retell it, but the moment I have a multiple choice quiz infront of me its over. I know the basic stuff like crossing off answers and skipping things, trusting your gut, and avoiding answers with things like always or never. my main issue is that when i'm stuck between two answers i'm beat. i can give u some advice^^

1. try anticipating/knowing the answer before u look at the options so first read the question and think about what the answer would be and then look at the options and see which matches ur prediction.
2. make sure u pay attention and look specifically at each answer of the options. look out for words like "always, none or never etc" as usually these kind of words make it less likely for it to be correct.
3. carefully compare the 2 answers ur stuck on and see if u can think about the differneces or what makes them wrong/right
4. follow ur instincts and knowledge u have learnt. i believe in u!! :D also stay calm always :))
5. after the test u can also review the incorrect questions and analyse ur wrong choice and the right choice. if ur wrong choice and right answer were the 2 u were stuck on maybe think about why that one is wrong and again the differences between them

And you may ask why these economies don't strengthen such labour laws to ensure this doesnt happen? Well because the structure of these economies favour manufacturing and industrialization and they do not have substantial access to technology for example, to become more more technologically advanced and therefrore, keep up with these larger advanced economies in terms of technology. This forces economies to encourage a shift in manufacturing activities on home grounds, as there is significant potential of investment, as well as employment.

Additionally, this may also discourage the citizens of an economy to potentially improve their skills through education and subsequently, seek better working conditions and remuneration in return for their improved skills, as they have the guarantee of employment due to a shift in manufacturing activity.

However, such a shift in manufacturing also has like big concerns for environmental sustainability, as production emits significant CO2 and obv this can be detrimental and in turn, result in the loss of biodiversity as well as decrease quality of life for the hosting economies. This is also fairly evident as China and India ar seen to have very bad air quality which in part is due to overpopulation, but like a shift in manufacturing activity skews this further

I mean a couple of things, the questions get more difficult as you go (it adjusts to your difficulty) so it's almost impossible to get a 1600 (not that I was going for it but y'know), and once time is over you can't bubble in any questions even if you wanted to

AP is specifically with a class taught by college board, they're supposed to be college level exams and they're not actually end of semester they're in may

The test grade doesn't go into your grade for the class at all but the general rule is if you get 3+ on the exam you can submit it to a college and they might give you college credit for it

So it's helpful when saving money and also looks good on college applications
