Well blitz is very different from classical. Opening preparation and ending technique is much more important, any inaccuracies or mistakes could cost you the game.

I would say that it fully depends, but easiest to follow for me personallywould be either the french or the caro kann due to their main ideas being pretty simple to understand and the first few moves can be autopiloted

I’d say Karo-can it increased my rating from 600 to 1200 in 2 weeks. Tho I recommend using karo-can on queen’s side; cuz then u got an extra piece protecting the pawn.

at like 1400-1500 it prob wont make your position better

caro's worse in the long run IMO

definitely stick to countering the opponents openings from like 1500-1800

after that just do what you wish

like Queen's gambit declined is a big one

I used that when I was ~1600

now i'm 1900

But what I would recommend is to play something completely random and out of the blue

just something to get you out of your comfort zone

it completely butchers your opening so you are loosing

your middlegame and perhaps endgame become drastically better

you also might learn to take the losses easier

cause you might lose more

I use king's indian ocasionally

it tends to be one of my mains

I think your preference of openings for white matters more than the openings you play as black

With white you can easily capitalize on your extra move and get a winning position

But with black you are always going to be a move behind

So just pray for the middlegame ig 😂
