The Carian Knight armor set looks better if the helm was replaced with Roderika’s Crimson Hood (the one in Stormveil after her quest is completeted)

It has a very small red “cape” which flows in cadence with the cloak on the carian knights breastplate

And the contrast between red and blue is quite striking

Moreover the use of a hood rather than a visored helm makes the set look more magical rather than
knightly, which, imo, looks better.

I did, but the fur was a bit much for the cape. The greaves and gauntlets would probably work for it though, and the two helmets you’re talking about might be a bit too light considering the rest of the set I’m thinking of

be warned: the dlc is an incredibly high level area, when I went through it I was getting basically 3 shot with max level hp + morgotts rune. (I was like ng+7 though) I’d advise you wear something to be able to dodge easier and survive at least 1 hit

The unaltered versions of sets are going to have more stats than the unaltered if that’s what you’re asking about “better”

If strictly appearance than there isn’t an answer. It’s whatever you like. Beast Champion not only looks good it is good.. only slight downside is that it’s difficult to mix and match with so you’d often just wear the full thing which is perfectly fine

Thank you! I had a choice between the hairline and spiky hair, i think i made the rigjt choice. It’s an int build with the magic-infused kung-fu weapons from the DLC and Comet Azur (Galick Gun), Rennala’s Moon (Spirit Bomb), and Terra magicka (just Terra magicka)

The armor is no helmet, carian knight armor, astrologer’s gloves and the nomadic merchant’s boots

The only thing i can imagine would be good for the signature Final Flash would be something with Madness and that’s faith, not int

The set sadly doesn’t hit 35 poise, but is still a great all around armor.
