Look out how engines work, theyd probably have to switch engines or do an entire remaster of the code to get physics adn scripting to work properly with how the timing works with the fps in game. @umbral ibex In the announcements and news I noticed for known issues you didn't mention the Xbox issue that many, including myself, are having.

My Nat type will be open, then when I load up Elden Ring, it will say network test failed, going to offline mode. Then when I go back and check my Nat type, it says moderate and upnp unsuccessful. I've restarted my router and all kinds of stuff. It fixed my Nat type and my connection, but the minute I go to start up Elden Ring and hit that menu screen, it gives that prompt and changes my Nat type in the background.

This is the problem 50% of Xbox users are having, so I hope if it's being looked into.

Note: this is regardless of which generation of Xbox console people are playing. Also some players never had the issue despite leaving and joining back, changing regions from nz to us and everything, some people are just unaffected.

usually what happens in dark souls series is you can attack npcs from the start but being new you won’t have much of a chance against them, it’s more for ppl who are high lvl and have the best weapons etc

So, the beginning of the game is pretty easy until you reach the first road block (some boss in front of a castle). There are side bosses in the map that you can fight before fighting him so u can get more used to the combat of elden ring. Some of them are pretty easy but some are extremely annoying. If you don't like extremely hard games then elden ring may not be for you, but once you get more used to the combat and practice a little you could get a lot better at the game. So I would say try it out and.play for a little. You can always refund the game (on PC) if you have under 2 hours on steam. Elden Ring is also a lot easier with friends too so if u need help you can always ask your friends who have it to help you out.
