i just feel like they didn't put a lot of effort into making places for people to find others to play with. Like all the extra channels they have like art, builds, and lore is great, but i feel like a lot of people will be looking to coop and invade and the only place for that is a single coop channel. there is no voice channels for people to have better communication while playing either.

they're working on possibly implementing voice channels, and i'm sure the channels will be overhauled in general closer to the game's release

Large club is more suited for one handed attacks. It has a nice fast one-handed heavy sweep and gives you a poison buildup, while also being lighter and demanding less strength.
Great club on the other hand has no poison, but significantly more damage on different upgrade paths while requiring more STR to wield. It favors two-handing because of a great slam attack that can honestly cheese some enemies and break a lot of stuff.
Large club if you have something else to do besides smacking. Like blocking or casting a spell
