For context, I mostly plan to play the Convergence mod, as I've been playing on PS5 ever since March of 2022.

I came here to ask for help as I'm not very knowledgeable on pc building, parts of a pc, etc. so if anyone would be willing to point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated

As for the issue's I'm experiencing, I believe it's probably my graphics card and resolution. As when I open the game, even at the lowest settings and making the tab smaller, it's still very framy. Though I just wanted to double check here in case I may be missing something

I only play ds2 to spam heal during fights with max adaptibility so the boss has no time to react to healing off every hitpoint of dmg done to me then I horrifcly pelt them with lacerating knifes

In my game you can make your own skills but everything is thoroughly balanced

So for example if you wanted a skill that can affect someone across the world just using your mind it would do like 0.1 dmg
Random example

And if you have a summoned pet umm

Anyway there are lots of variables to consider

But for example if you put all of your skill stats into like a single close range punch attack it would probably do insane dmg

Because range takes up positive skill points

Actually probably certain things reduce skill point requirement and certain things increase it

But I'm not sure about things like ships and mechs
Like do they have their own skill points?
Then you could have multiple and it would break the game

For example a kamehameha would take more stat points than a contained sphere attack
Cuz its a continuous aoe beam

A bullet is efficient size wise
The range is quite high
And damage and speed

But its a weapon not a skill
Idk how to manage external item skill points

Player stats dont even affect the dmg of a gun

Hm the big problem is, how to have skill point based game balance in a game where another priority is unrestricted freedom
