• Close the bag and push it into the pipe
• Fill the remaining space in the pipe with the liquid nail glue
• Screw on the other end cap
• Duck tape the seam between the end cap and the pipe

How to use

• Holding the pipe bomb in your hand, light the exposed fuse with a lighter/flame/blowtorch
• Once the fuse is burning, throw the pipe bomb in the direction of your target
• Take cover behind metal or concrete at a safe distance from the bomb

Also I don’t know the most about elden rings questlines but I’d guess it’s like the other souls games and you have to sacrifice certain characters questlines to progress others. The game has multiple endings. 6 I believe

So read up on them and it’ll tell you who’s quest to progress and how to get the different endings. Of course that means you’ll have to beat the game 6 times to get all endings and do all quest.

I wouldn't say Eren's sacrifice was for nought. We see what's likely a span of centuries where civilization has a chance to grow and prosper to crazy heights, something that I don't think would've happened if things had stayed the way they were. Would it be better if war stopped for all time? Of course. But human nature being what it is, that's unlikely to ever happen. As brutal as it was, Eren's actions broke the cycle of hatred and war in such a way that gave humanity centuries of peace. That's better than nothing.

I think back to Final Fantasy X. To refresh to those that have forgotten or don't know, Tidus the protagonist ends up in a land called Spira that's constantly tormented by a seemingly invincible monster called Sin. Only Summoners who harness a power called the Final Summoning can defeat Sin, however it's only temporary. After Sin's defeat, there's a 10 year period called the Calm where people can live and thrive before it somehow revives and resumes its attacks. At one point Tidus asks one of his party members what is the point of defeating Sin if it'll just come back. I don't recall the exact wording but her response was something like "It's worth it for children to grow up in a world where they don't know constant fear and pain." Even if Sin/war eventually returns, the peace in-between is worth fighting for.
