Making builds in Elden Ring isn't so complex that you need to trial-and-error everything in. It was always obvious that 60 vigor makes the game easier and more enjoyable, and it was always obvious that long and fast weapons are better than short and slow weapons. You barely need ½ a playthrough to figure this out.

It was always obvious that 51 poise is useful, simply from understanding how poise works.
