2 ways to get there. Talk to White Mask Varré and follow his quest (kill Godrick, invade 3 real ppl or invade then kill an npc in the Altus Plateau, find 1 of 2 maidens to bloody a cloth he gives you, then acquire a teleport item), or go to the late game and find a portal

Seeing as though you have the Beast Champion armor, I can safely say that you need to get the 2 halves of the secret medallion of the Haligtree to take the secret path to get to the Consecrated Snowfield. The portal you'd be looking for is far to its left
