I mean I don't think Ranni is a bad ruler in her ending. The problem is that she makes the same mistake as Marika, in a sense. Ranni basically says that she'll rule from the Stars, far away from the common man of the Lands Between. Marika had put that same distance between her and the people, and it didn't end very well. I mean, Ranni hates the Golden Order and has given 0 indication of being racist towards Demi Humans, Misbegotten or Albanuracs unlike Marika's Golden Order so she's probably better, I just don't think she should have dipped right after becoming God.

Still, Goldmask's Ending is the best in my opinion, I just wish that Corhyn wouldn't (spoiler) ||die|| at the end of it. I feel bad since he never realized how imperfect the Order was and he also never got to see the new age with a rebuild Erdtree, now trully perfect, without Gods as fickle as a man.

Ranni is 100% not a good ruler and there's one solid piece of evidence for it: she was fine with indirectly killing Godwyn, many other demigod siblings, and countless, countless civilians (the common dwellers of the Lands Between that died thanks to the Shattering, which started after Ranni and her Night of the Black Knives). She was okay with sacrificing so many lives to become the ultimate power of the Lands Between. A good ruler wouldn't see the land's people as a means to an end.

So maybe the War would have happened anyways? And despite the NBK, it was the Demigods warring amidst themselves after the Shattering of the Ring that caused the actual war itself. We know from the stele in Altus that there was a Council of some sort after the First Defense of the Capital, and it was each other's ambition that (in the end) made the alliance fail. Ranni might have stollen the rune of death and is absolutely partially responsible, but not completely. Why else would she have set up the deaths of Godwyn and even herself (excluding the killing of the unnamed demigods)? She wasn't a completely crazy psychopath who wanted to do a murder-su1c1de, it was all part of her plot. Did she know exactly what the outcome would entail? Probably not. Was she aware that it would lead to a falling out? Yes. Was she still plotting to become ruler even after her actions killed countless civilians? Yes. And even if the theories about Marika being in on it are true, that doesn't make Ranni any less guilty. That would make Marika almost as or just as guilty, but Ranni is still just as bad. Hair aside, it's literally his armor. And we're basically told that the nameless demigods were slain during the NotBK. There's literally no reason why they would use a nameless demigod for that scene; the whole point of the nameless ones were that they were nothing special; they amounted to nothing. Melina's kind of a special case; I think she might be a "nameless" demigod, but she might not. If she was, then, seeing as how the Rune of Death was involved, that could explain why she is "bodiless" but still alive. Her body died that night but for reasons we don't know yet, her soul survived. Similar to what happened to Ranni. That might even explain the eye connection between the two, going through that might leave that as a mark. The two images being after each other means literally nothing for the confirmation or deconfirmation of this. As for his size: we already covered he was younger, and we know that he was much smaller when younger because he rode his horse normally and had to learn gravity when he got older to continue riding him. You said he's being "stabbed to death" but that makes no sense at all, it could either be underneath his arm or it could be hitting his chest but not going deep enough / through the armor to kill.

Furthermore, nothing ever tells us that Morgott was killing demigods. Hell, he was basically protecting Godrick. We see after all that the figure is using both arms to hold the pole back as best as he can.

The armor matches perfectly. The only way that isn't Radahn is through large assumptions that barely make sense. Of course he would have different weapons and no sign of gravity. He didn't learn gravity magic until he was larger out of need to ride his horse
