I don't know how you do it up close lol. But if you are far, you can avoid the first stage of it by simply running backwards. Then once she is on the ground, you can dodge forward (you'd have to time it right, but not too difficult) to dodge the 2nd stage. When she's about to execute the 3rd stage (she's is in mid air), you simply remove lock on and dodge under her while she is in air about the execute the third stage of it.
