there's Zibai, Nefer, or Flins. they share the same support, so you can kinda only get one of them

Ocean-hued clam does snapshot of healing, even overflow.
When the character equipping this artifact set heals a character in the party, a Sea-Dyed Foam will appear for 3 seconds, accumulating the amount of HP recovered from healing (including overflow healing). At the end of the duration, the Sea-Dyed Foam will explode, dealing DMG to nearby opponents based on 90% of the accumulated healing. (This DMG is calculated similarly to Reactions such as Electro-Charged, and Superconduct, but is not affected by Elemental Mastery, Character Levels, or Reaction DMG Bonuses). Only one Sea-Dyed Foam can be produced every 3.5 seconds. Each Sea-Dyed Foam can accumulate up to 30,000 HP (including overflow healing). There can be no more than one Sea-Dyed Foam active at any given time. This effect can still be triggered even when the character who is using this artifact set is not on the field.

When the duration expires, the Yearning effect will be transformed into the "Waves of Days Past" effect: When your active party member hits an opponent with a Normal Attack, Charged Attack, Plunging Attack, Elemental Skill, or Elemental Burst, the DMG dealt will be increased by 8% of the total healing amount recorded by the Yearning effect. The "Waves of Days Past" effect is removed after it has taken effect 5 times or after 10s. there's also the character preference. Continous-healers like Qiqi or Kokomi prefers ocean-hued clam, while song of days past becoming damage boost means a help for DPS characters. Chevreuse being core healer for Varesa Premium.

well, the only issue is the artifacts, but I guess beginners can go ahead with something like Maiden Beloved or HoD (or 2+2) in the meanwhile. Advanced can use ocean-hued clam/Song of days past x4 or a mixed bag (2x +15% healing bonus) + prototype amber. It'll be up to you. Usually Barbara gets outmatched by Kokomi, C6 Qiqi or even C0 Columbina (bina can't heal but her passive can revive charas once each certain time).

Varka is quite fine if you don't mind to make curious teams (or a Witchy team), and wanna relax and focus for other things. He is main dps role, but I admit he is a bit subpar against other Anemo like Chasca.

Usually goes Varka, Anemo, 2 of same element (but no Geo), and he and other must have enabled Witchy passive. So, Venti and Durin are decent team partners. either partner must be at least Lv. 70+ and have Witchy passive activated.

Varka is more for classic style players.

idk about rerolling the sands. it's a 9-liner with 2 useful substats, so the chance to completely avoid the bad stats is (2/4)^5 = 1/32
on average it would take 64 reroll mats

odds are a lot better for a 9-liner with 3 useful subs (flower / plume):
(3/4)^5 ~= 24%

for the goblet, if you have the final reroll pity you can guarantee 4 rolls into crit (the maximum possible for an 8-liner). but it's only +1 substat, idk if worth

the circlet, I'd craft. but idk if CR or CD. CD circlets are more versatile in general (on sets that give free cr)
