(so twice as much crit dmg as crit rate)

as for how much overall, there's no fixed requirement for offensive stats. more is always more damage

balancing hp vs crit, I'd usually just use whichever pieces have the highest number of total useful substats
when tied, choose for the better crit ratio (closer to 1:2)
