ok the simplest way i can explain it is

• the goal is to hit all the harps with bubble pulses
• the number of circles on top of a harp is the order in which it should be hit. for example, if there's a harp with one circle and a harp with two circle, you position the bubble such that it hits the one circle before the two circle
• if two harps have the same number of circles, you have to hit them with a pulse at the same time
• you use the ball octopus ability to move bubbles, and two smaller bubbles can merge to form a bigger bubble if touched
• bubbles pop when you hit them, run into them, or when they're hit by another bubble pulse
• if you don't know the order of harps, you can use the blue pillar of light nearby to view the order

when u observe it gives u an arial view of everything; what u want to do is explode the bubble (it pops when u attack it) in a way that utilizes hits the music thingies in order (one symbol is first, two symbols is second, etc etc). if two or more have the same symbol (both have one symbol or two) they have to be hit at the same time
