Let's say that I pull Raiden and I have Skyward Spine @ 90--should I stick to farming for Rational build for now or should I plan to build her for hyperbloom? (granted I'm missing kuki for heals )

fischl can be used for hyperbloom instead of kuki. you need a different healer
