because in every team you use kokomi she heals

only thing to remember is that her burst will cause her to do more damage based on her HP, and that her burst will heal teammates when she hits enemies while in it. it can be a dps loss if kokomi is not your main dps but it serves as a good panic button in case things are going south, basically you usually just give her HP so she both heals faster(needs less time on field to heal your team)and also does more damage(less dps loss), after HP you can give her ER for better burst uptime if you need it(probably usually not as needed unless your kokomi is main dps) or atk%/EM(if you can give her some vaporize or are going for normal bloom w/o nilou)

if you're thinking of leveling her attack talents, it's a secondary concern but it doesn't hurt

also remember that kokomi has -100% crit rate so don't bother giving her any crit stats

always make sure to stay informed about the weapons on the banner and my personal recommendation is never pull without a hard guarantee of the weapon you want at the very least, although better to pull on a weapon banner where there are 2 on banner 5* you can use. remember you lose your fate points between banners so you can screw yourself out of your primos if you can't hard guarantee

if you wanna play keqing I'd suggest keqing with fischl in an aggravate team then consider another kind of team for yae yeah. she works pretty well with raiden and kazuha. last slot could be bennett or c6 sara. then you could use sucrose instead of kazuha for your aggravate keqing team

Beidou is okay with keqing in aggravate it's just that fischl is very strong due to the amount of A4 procs you can get with keqing (4pc TF keqing has very good electro application). so generally you'd always gravitate towards fischl as the 2nd electro.

so like let's say you do keqing eqe n1c*3 ee then at that point you'd wanna swap to other characters to refresh stuff before the next rotation. but when you swap back into keqing again your e could be on cooldown unless your setup is long

your full team rotations could take long but your actual field time on keqing shouldn't be that long before swapping out and refreshing stuff if you're doing the rotation properly. I would suggest getting 4 TF
