Honestly that’s it. You can get a 5* on any pull 1-90. If you don’t get one by 90, you will definitely get one at 90. And pulling a 5* resets your pity. So if you pull 50 times and get a 5* yay. The next pull starts over at 1.

Weapons pity is the same way but at 80 pity max.

4* also has pity but at 10. Works the same way. You can pull one anytime 1-10, but it you haven’t gotten one and you’re on pull 10, you definitely get one. It also restarts when you pull one.
