Since I know you’re being sincere rindo, I’ll tell you this. Lifestyle genuinely has a HUGE contributing factor to depression treatment. The difficulty is making that change alone. Depression makes everything feel exhausting, pointless and numb, which are all things that very aggressively and directly stop you from making the changes you need to recover.

Mhm. This is one of the things that makes antidepressants a genuine miracle even if we have a long way to go with them. It allows you to stabilize to a point where you can then go on to properly manage the things exacerbating and making the depression worse. Seeing a therapist as well will often lead to the best results in recovery.
