Wait for the playoffs we won’t get GIR/FW? That sucks… Also, don’t believe I’m the only one who is frustrated with the whacky multipliers… that’s what initially drew me into PP. The 12.5X is unique to betting golf and now it seems like that’s vanished. This is the most exciting time(besides majors) for the sport and this error seems to be taking away from the experience. I’m sure if the payouts were skewed to us, the consumer, it would be fixed right away. I guess we just want some transparency.

As the only site that offers Fairways & Greens in Regulation, @strange ermine and I are both frustrated as golf fans as it’s exciting to be able to offer such a unique product. I can assure you we’re working with our backend developers to sort out the issue and make these offerings available to our users ASAP. We always strive to under promise and over deliver, so I don’t want to say when the issue will be resolved without a definitive answer.

Personally, I believe we have a strong track record of providing the best PGA product out there and I’d like to think the community at large can attest to @strange ermine and myself doing everything we can to maintain that reputation for our users. Your golf product is great, and we want to continue to play and enjoy the wide selection. But the multipliers doing different things day to day is frustrating, because there is no chart that tells us what we are doing or fixed rules posted

At best we feel frustrated and stupid, at worst we think something so non transparent is trying to take advantage of us

And now we’re hearing the site may not be operating as intended. Is there a plan to tell us things like “you need 2 fades to get 12.5x”? Or like if you choose to play 2 GIR, here are the proposed payouts? I don’t know why they’d be diff, but if they are we need to know the rules of the game we are playing

Before it was always 2 fades(under in gir or fairways) and 3 positive plays (over bob or under stokes in 5 man card would get you 12.5x. Now we are getting 9x. Or 2 fades and 2 positive plays in a 4 leg would be 12.5x it is now 9x.

We can still get 12.5x card using a fade in stokes or bob, just no longer with gir and fairways. It actually hurts our pay outs now

Here is and example card

That exact combo of props/over and unders in a 4 man 2 months ago would yield 7.5x flex or 12.5 power

Also when we use 2 under for gir in a 5 man flex we are getting 9x for 5/5 and only 1.5x for 4/5

2 stands against a player and 2 or 3 stands with a player would yield 12.5x. No matter what the prop we could mix gir, fairway, bob, or stokes and get a 12.5x card .

A lot of the multipliers changed when we noticed that the desktop/mobile multipliers weren’t the same. Whatever patch that was used to fix that issue messed up the multipliers now. When we build cards now we are getting ALOT of 4.5X and 9X for selections we had no issues with before.

I think the devs should look into that patch and see if that messed up the issues now. We used to be able to mix different categories easily to get at least the 10X multiplier and now it’s like trying to figure out a Rubik’s cube to get that. I have to try 10 different picks to finally get something that isn’t 4.5 or 9.
