PRIZEPICKS DISCORD SERVER - RULES AND EXPECTATIONS

We have built this community connect our PrizePicks members with one another.

Our goal is to build a community that provides a place for you to do research, ask a question, sweat out a player projection, and be entertained with content! It is also important for us to give back to our loyal community members as well! Active, positive, engaging members will be recognized!

Any racist, derogatory, sexism, political, misogynistic, racist, queer-phobic, other hateful speech and general misconduct will not be tolerated and will result in a timeout and/or permanent ban from the server. Posting fake images of PrizePicks accounts/admins or imitating will result in a permanent ban as well.

Do not use NSFW/offensive usernames/avatars, or status messages. If you do, you will be asked to change them. No gory or sexual content - Screamer links, porn, nudity, death.

No impersonation or attacks of PrizePicks Admins, Staff, or the Discord Team (Resources and Ambassadors) is allowed. Impersonation will lead to a timeout until proper changes are made. (Continuously)

Attacking/Slandering/Inappropriate Messages about PrizePicks Admins, Staff, or the Discord Team will lead to a timeout/ban.

Any mention of going to HQ or wishing harm on Admins, Staff, or anyone on the Discord team will result in a ban. Inappropriate, harmful or DMs that "attack" admins, the staff, or the Discord Team may also lead to a timeout/ban

Wishing injury/harm on players or their family can result in an immediate ban. Screenshots of DMs to players are not allowed and can result in a timeout/ban.

Asking Admins or Staff about their thoughts of if they like any projections or squares on PrizePicks will result in a timeout

Any discussion or mention of other DFS or sports gaming platforms, directly or indirectly, will not be tolerated as this is a PrizePicks focused group.

Constant asking about DNP/Reboots/Refunds/Spoiled Taco, where are projections, settling questions, and making up PrizePicks conspiracy theories will result in a timeout. Asking for REBOOTS/DNP when players do not qualify will result in a timeout. Settling and projection requests are support questions.

Insinuating or claiming things are rigged, players are getting paid, there are bots voting in the Discord/Twitter, etc. can result in a timeout or a ban.

PrizePicks has ZERO CONTROL over stats and score off all our official stat providers. Demanding stat corrections, calling us scammers, and constant asking for stat corrections after the final settlement window can result in a timeout/ban

Constant toxicity, trolling, arguing with members, will result in a timeout

Discussions of self-harm, suicide, animal cruelty, violence, or other unsafe content is strictly forbidden.

Any commentary detrimental to the PrizePicks product can result in a timeout or ban.

No self-promotion. All self-promotion will not be tolerated OUTSIDE OF the self-promotion channel #🎙┃prizepicks-content No asking/solciting for money (in general but for picks/locks especially). No "DMing" people for picks as well.

Do not ping team roles, repeatedly ping people, ping the Admins or Resource Roles to keep us aware of anything we may miss.

Spamming text, reboot, caps, emojis, and copypasta will result in a timeout

All members of this group must be of legal age (18+ depending on the state) to play PrizePicks, anyone who attempts to join or is already in the group and under 19 will result in an immediate ban.

Responsible Gaming: At PrizePicks we take addiction very seriously. If you feel you have an addiction problem, please reach out and we can provide the resources you need. If you "jokingly" post about a gambling addiction or losing money that puts yourself, loved ones or others in danger, that will be taken seriously and you will be removed from the server.

**Any mentions of multi-accounting can result in a ban. **Attempts to comeback in through Discord with a secondary or burner account will result in immediate bans

Please be respectful to others which includes personal attacks, unit-shaming, etc

Any mention of doxxing or stalking will result in an immediate ban

Pinging Admins, Staff, Resources, and Ambassadors for unnecessary things will also result in a timeout or ban (i.e: Asking admins and staff for picks, entries, where are free entries, etc.)

Current Events: It is important to stay up to date and to talk about the news from time-to-time. However, if channels get flooded with inappropriate responses to current events or moves the channel off-topic, it can result in a timeout

All circumstances of rule breaking are to be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Admins, staff, and Discord Team members have all rights to investigate the issue further if necessary.

While sharing recommendations within the Discord channel is allowed, Performance Predictions, LLC, the parent company of PrizePicks, is not liable for any financial loss as a result of any opinion or news shared. Play at your own risk
