I've gotten stuck inside my base's Moonpool. Specifically on the little ramp leading to the gangplank. So I'm stuck falling in mid air.
Saving and reloading did not resolve this. I looked around online and saw some people suggesting "F3 + F8 to turn on console" but when I did that I couldn't see a "turn on console button" in the F3 menu.

Any suggestions for what I can do?

the trick to dealing with the creatures in the twisty bridges is when they charge at you, cut them with the knife, most times they will give up and ran away
