Comparison: Paradox lets you define Ironman games at start time, and console is simply not usable in these types of games.

A game that silently disasbles achievements because you use the console just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Especially due to a game breaking bug where the only solution I found when googling was to use the cheat command ( entering/exiting vehicle )

Besides the entire thing is archaic. There are executables to download to grant achievements. Something I've never had to do and am considering to do for this game because I feel cheated out of the achievements for something that wasn't conceivably my fault.

Which allows you to enable the story with a defined set of options. So you can basically have the same as creative and the story as well.

It works like this:

• When you enter your bases, items are set "saved". So from there you won't lose them.
• When you exit your base, you pick up items.
• If you die whereas you didn't "saved" your items (entered a base), then the game will drop all, but will keep one.

So basically every time you enter a base, this item is "saved" forever.

If you picked three resources that aren't saved, then you should only have one of them after respawning.

If you pickup resources, enter a base, exit and die, those items won't be lost.

You can still retrieve the items you lost, they should be around where you died.

Also, if you had a beacon with you it will be deployed on death, it is useful if you want to retrieve your items.

so i went on the wiki and saw the energy chart for plants for the bio reactor but some weren't there so anyone know what is the best land based and underwater based plants for energy

The best rated I’ve used isn’t really a plant per se since you can’t grow it but those root pustules from creepvine forests are AWESOME! They don’t renew but there’s so many they last a long time too. And they’re 1x1 also. Gel sacks aren’t bad and you can grow those, I think I’ve read before fevered peppers aren’t too bad but idk the rating. I’m not sure about what the best for fish is.
