I only really got much use out of it when I was collecting tons of titanium and quartz for my endgame megabase, I crafted it all into glass and ingots for more efficient storage, and turned them back into the resources back at base with recyclotron

The biomes here don't change as drastically as the first game, and the pda doesn't give a clear summary like in the first game, so it's pretty hard to navigate and know exactly which biome you are in

It's faster, has as much health as the Prawn, doesn't get attacked when unintended to, etc.

There's not much of a reason to. Prawn can go deeper (i believe) and imo traverse areas easier. Has decent storage with the upgrade and overall I had more fun using it

Unfortunately I can't think of a great solution to your problem.. But if you don't care about achievements, you could use console commands in a new save file to spawn in all of the items that you had in your previous save.

||i came up with a theory, youknow in the first game out of all of the aliens only 1 didnt have kharra the leviathan class they survived so i think since the reaper leviathan marge was eating had like a immune system/some thing that can neutralize the kharaa bacterium probally some of that neutralized the kharaa in marge for abit then she was cured with the antidote from sam|| this is probally the most plausible thing that happened
