Slow as hell and the more you load stuff, the slower it gets.
The seatruck slows down the more items you store in it. Amazing!
The fabricator is imporant for gathering so you can compact the items in the storage (but you need the recyclotron in your base)

Bio reactors need more attention than nuclear
But the nuclear makes a lot of noise, so if you build it, build it at the far end of your base
I use nuclear for my main base and bio reactor for my remote bases
And some thermal as well, if you have a heat source nearby
