Actually I can give general tips already: delta island has a map on it showing all the alterra bases on it. Find it and go to all of them if you want lore (and fragments), you'll also meet the prawn suit pilot there who is 1/3 storylines

Phi is not on an island... That's delta base, map there is on a wall of a large room (the circular ones, don't recall exact name) from alterra. In phi the spy penglin map is where Sam used to work on a wall. So in one of the rooms there

You place them down and they make an area safe from the worms I think I don't know how you would use that when you're traveling through the biome instead of staying in one place

If you just take your PRAWN Suit you'll be fine, they don't damage it that much and you can repair

You can do it with a snowfox, I got to the cache with it my first time in the biome, but it's a pain because it knocks you off it every time you get attacked for some reason and it takes a ton of damage

You should see a frozen lake after a while next to a frozen river

There's a little tiny cave on that lake that has something interesting inside so it's worth checking out

Don't go down the frozen river it leads back to the section with the ion cube cave

Keep flowing that wall and you should see a pretty big cave in the ground with alien cables around it, that's your destination
