There's a mod on Nexus that allows for altering the turning speed of the seatruck. I turned this up to obnoxious levels and can now use my seatruck like a baseball bat against Seamonkeys and whatever gets in my way.
Incredibly violent solution but that's back when they were less helpful and just stole from you constantly.

So if you're one of those people like me that release alien containment-born wildlife around your base for aesthetics, DO NOT DO SO WITH EYE JELLIES!! I thought it would be okay cause they're passive. But they're passive player trackers and when you have more species that follow you (I got lots of Sea-Monkeys and pinnacarids) they'll kill your fish unintentionally with it's tentacles. They'll even group up around whichever part of your base you go afk at. Now I prawn suit propulsion Cannon them off to space when I see one. And I gotta repopulate my outside fish
Also anyone notice collision bugs between player and base parts? Most noticably the moonpool and large room corners have hit boxes not in line with textured, means you got bugged out x-ray

I honestly never used the snowfox. My first complete play, I just ran. Kept a bag full of peppers, held shift, and got where I was going.
Only death on that run, was the stupid cutscene+prawn glitch at the fabricator base. Stranded me down there.
Then I turned around, did a hardcore run, still took the prawn, but also the tether tool, and my seatruck waiting at home with the proper module attached.
