I don't think that Below Zero has cloud saves on Steam (therefore, no). But you can copy the save files and bring them over to wherever you'd like (back them up, use them on another computer, etc.)

You only need power to a base & it’ll provide oxygen automatically
Usually if you’re shallow enough a solar panel will be sufficient to start
If you’re too deep for solar to be effective try bioreactor or nuclear. The wiki probably says what the prerequisite is for the oxygen pump & pipes. I always end up with them but never pay attention to what actually unlocks them

onw time in creative for me there was literally no way to exit base iin early acess if you deconstructed hatch from inside and you can construct again from inside.

I “softlocked” myself inside my base once in og Subnautica. I’d built a section off my main base that wasn’t connected to it yet, and this separate section had a hatch but I deconstructed it to move it elsewhere but the game did one of those moments where it didn’t give me back all the materials (so I was lacking a piece of quartz & didn’t have another piece with me). I was effectively trapped. Couldn’t get out. The base section was powered, and in Freedom I couldn’t die from hunger or thirst. So I asked here, and it was recdmmmded to use console commands. That worked, I chose to use nocost xD
Luckily if you save, exit and reload the achievements get re-enabled. So using nocost was handy in my situation. One could also have used warpforward 1 just fo exit the base if there’s another entry point elsewhere

The Squidshark also isn’t all that big compared to some other animals that also are not classified as Leviathans
