What proof is there that Sector Zero is on the equator? It says so on the wiki but doesn't give a source, (even though whoever wrote it felt they had to clarify that Sector Zero is where Subnautica Below Zero takes place with two quotes from Obraxis that pretty much only say that the "arctic is a thing" and that it is cold, no mention of below zero or sector zero) and I think I've seen that other places too. Why would it even have to be on the equator, nothing about the game would change if it was at the poles, and it'd make more sense.

Even like four modules it does it with very little issue, take like five times to force to strafe left and right at that point then to go forward

Not to mention the fact that all the thrust generated is that the front, it's really hard to do maneuvers like that when the center of thrust doesn't line up with the center of mass

Tbh I do like the idea of the cyclops and seamoth being good, helps make the game feel different and Cyclops was really really over powered

And I like the idea that the cockpit is modular, but I don't think to see truck was executed particularly well, it feels far more unrealistic to me previous vehicles.

Maybe you would be more interesting if the modular components were larger and less customizable and it was more like a cockpit but just came off instead of it being like a straight chain

If you ghost outside of the base and into water it still registers you as in the base since you haven't gone through a animation trigger

then once you do that you can build interior modules and decorations in water or on land without being in a base

you can do the same with exterior modules and pieces vise versa

just reverse the proccess

to end the exploit just ghost back into your base

What proof is there that Sector Zero is on the equator? It says so on the wiki but doesn't give a source, (even though whoever wrote it felt they had to clarify that Sector Zero is where Subnautica Below Zero takes place with two quotes from Obraxis that pretty much only say that the "arctic is a thing" and that it is cold, no mention of below zero or sector zero) and I think I've seen that other places too. Why would it even have to be on the equator, nothing about the game would change if it was at the poles, and it'd make more sense.

We understand why that planet is (likely) made of diamonds though. The planet's density is twice Earth's and the planet is composed mostly of carbon. That's actually pretty much all we know about the planet itself, we have estimated that it's full of diamonds because that's what happens when carbon is under very high pressure. And yeah, it's made of diamonds, it doesn't rain diamonds, if it did that would mean there would have to be some kind of diamond water cycle. That would require the planet to routinely reach the temps required to melt and evaporate diamond, which is probably a heck of a lot (I'm not actually sure).

there should be a new subnautica game called "Subnautica - Into the darkness" where you play as someone from the ||mercury 2|| and it takes place after the events of below zero. you are stuck in the void, over 9000 meters deep. Your emergency drop pod is somehow surviving at crush depth and you must find a way to get back to dry land. knowing the other ||mercury 2 passengers|| died. you get ||kharaa|| and you must get back to dry land to get cured and escape the void. or something like that.

Since subnautica was surviving and finding figments of the story, and below zero was mostly story, i want this one to be story but extremely difficult to beat the game.

maybe there could be lore of a sector that sank and that could be where it takes place

How am I supposed to navigate the Arctic spires and Glacial basin? The terrain is so uneven that the prawn suit can't jump over stuff, the grappling arm is useless on land, and the snowfox jump module can't jump high enough. I've been trying to navigate the Arctic Spires for over an hour now, and I'm at my wit's end. There must be some way to get over the cliffs, right?
