||so I went to the greenhouse. I took a bunch of stuff to grow home, and I had been collecting materials before. I loaded everything onto my seatruck, except a bit I left in my prawn. I don’t organize items in there as there isn’t enough space to keep materials like the cyclops. But the plant stuff I kept in the back. I remember taking some Preston fruit, as since I know how plants work, I would need those to grow more. I also grabbed some leaves bc why not. So I dumped it all in my base, by taking an inventory worth, going to my base, and dumping it all in the correct lockers. The fruit should be in my bio lockers. They are not. So I went back to the greenhouse, to my Sharon, but got nothing but a small stalk that doesn’t seem like it will grow. Even the tree I physically couldn’t cut down bc marguerit was tending it was gone. I did not take doen all of the trees before I left, only 2-3. What am I supposed to do?||

It does take some practice learning to always keep your backup tank filled, but it’s nice to have the extra time underwater exploring (imo)

Alright so my expedition into the artic spires was unsuccessful.

But I'm going to make a grappling hook arm for my prawn suit which should allow me to basically move around without triggering the iceworms

luckily during my expedition my prawn suit wasn't destroyed

but this way hopefully i'll be able to get basically anywhere i want by using my prawn suit

all without angering the iceworms

I had to navigate his Cyclops down into the fire area with sonar and was at less than 60% power by the time I was done. He doesn't have the thermal upgrade yet and something is slowly draining the cells now that it's stopped. It's just....a lot to manage.

At least with the Cyclops you could add extra storage. I was hopeful the large grey wall on fabricator module was for a map or bolt on storage. This game zip driving your resources and reclaiming parts on demand with the recycler is a must have.

Manually swam all the way back from the Island to his base to build some power cells and then back again. Good times.

Doubt the seatruck would be as good as the cyclopsn sn1 one tho. Seatruck is basically a slower sea moth that you can attach modules on. It can go as deep as cyclops and it's way more fragile

I liked the story. I was a little worried because a few reviews talked about how nice it was to have the quiet in the first game. Your best bet for finding the various places in the game, is scanning the “world map” (that’s sorta what it is) at delta station that’s on the wall where Fred & that other dude live. It shows everything in relation to delta. Koppa mine is to the southwest iirc of Delta. Just look for light sticks (those mark most important places)

It’s the ||end to Sam’s storyline, curing the frozen leviathan, but not required to finish the game which is Al-An’s story|| hope that helps. I completely missed the whole ||curing the frozen leviathan part|| the first time around completing the game myself @vital fern

That’s how she ||finds her way back I guess? We don’t know exactly how she might find her way home, her plan has ultimately changed I guess since she met Al-An and seems committed to seeing things through with him, obviously they’ve both been changed by the experience||

Well best I understand it ||she realized there was serious danger in Alterra experimenting and mutating the Kharaa bacterium and so she coordinated with Maida to destroy both the Omega biolab, Maida blew it up, and Sam planned to give the antidote to the frozen leviathan and blow the entrance to the cave preventing further access but sounds like Parvan caught her and she didn’t get the chance to finish so they both got caught in the cave in and died||😔
