In the rockpuncher data, it reads that their hard carapace s make it only vulnerable to leviathan attack, and the shadow leviathan spits stomach acid onto the things it catches! It would be able to melt right through. Also, rockpunchers are native to the same biome! Co-Evolution gives me the fuzzies :3||

In the PDA entry it states that their bioluminescent mouth attracts planktons, which in turn attract fishes which attract bigger prey. I think that if you take the plankton, the rock punchers and the large groups of fishes seen swimming around then the ecosystem might in fact be able to sustain such leviathans

Also I hate the fact that people are saying Below Zero's biomes are less realistic than Subnautica's. They clearly dont even try to understand how it works by themselves, they just want to be spoonfed by the PDA... I'm sorry but if you pay attention and use logic and some bases of biology, its clear that every biomes in both games are at least partially scientifically accurate. For the rest, well, its an alien planet, so who cares if its not the same chemical reactions as Earth biosphere...

Nah, just like lessening the water visuals, making it less. “Immersive.” If that makes sense. A toggle to change the fish models to something less fishy would also help. An option to make it less ocean-y. Colorblind modes help too.

Honestly I haven't found a clear answer to that question. For me, personally, when I left my Seatruck in the crystal caves to do stuff, my Seatruck wasn't attacked. others have said they experienced differently tho.

I have been parking either prawn, or lately seatruck by a wall ||when using the fabricator cavern base whatever to call it, locating a reasonably safe spot between red crystal and wall|| in hopes it’ll still be there when I’m done🙏

Without spoilers, is below zeros ending better than the first subnautica? I thought the first was kinda underwhelming as all you did was gather resources for the ||sea emperor hatching enzyme || and then for the ||Neptune rocket||. I didn’t think the ending was very good compared to the rest of the game and it was pretty anti climactic to me. I want to play below zero but I don’t really want to get invested into a game if the payoff isn’t good. So without spoilers is the ending of below zero worth it?
