||i think this because 1. the map seems bigger and you have to go on land 2. theres more stuff to scan 3. that ice worm snow stakers shadow levi char-something and stuff make it hard to travel theres more danger ig if you know what i mean theres a story ya have to follow so you have to go here and there then back then back again it has more work that ya have to do making it harder in my opinion cuz subnautica not bz the only thing you worry abhout is the ghost levi sea dragon reaper thats about it and the sea dragon is late game the reaper mid the ghost mid-late game so ur ready for whats to come like u might already have the perimiter defense thingie so they can't grab you thats what i believe in my opinion.. wow thats a lot||

However, the batteries and their better version(ion batteries) do not function like this. It is frustrating that I can't convert my existing batteries to ion versions. If you have trouble finding deposits in general, I suggest you try the accessibility feature, it highlights interaction items and makes finding things a LOT EASIER. It’s a little bright when inside bases, but you can turn it on and off as much as you desire, and change the colors too!
