The Blue Lasagna Noodle can 1/2 health, the shrimp can quarter, and the hot squiggly can quarter health. No other leviathans do damage.

I usually only use foundations if I actually need a flat surface for something, which is usually just like an external growbed
Though now with large rooms being as boxy as they are, you can also just put things like that directly on top
More of a pain to move later though if you want to expand upward

110 actually doesn't take that long. I've seen the code for the Shadow Leviathan AI so as long as I can predict it's patterns I can outmaneuver it stupidly easily. That's how I killed both of the ones in the fabricator cave in my Freedom play through.

A tactic I've seen mentioned was grappling to them and then just holding down drill arm
I assume if you grapple toward the middle you'd probably get latched on in an unreachable position
