The first game was better imo, it gave me a much greater isolated feeling and the player was muted as well. Grats for making the final release of 1.0 still no Vulkan API Support which is a disappointment and an other win for greedy Microsoft.

Vulkan API Allows non Microsoft players to enjoy games as well people that use Linux or Apple OS or equivilent, plus Vulkan API gives much better Symmetric Multi Processor Support meaning multi threading will have much better purpose for the so many Multi core multi threading gaming PC's of today.

Vulkan has Limitless SMP Support DX12_U does not only goes to 8 a 16 threads.

I bought BZ in 2019 to support the dev's early, and didn't touch the game until today, when it was completely finished as to enjoy the full first experience.
I played for about 2 hours without any issues. But while trying to return to where I died, the game froze, and then proceeded to crash..... and I had yet to save.

Yeah, the map mod has some optimization issues, and the extra quick slots eventually makes items not usable and in some versions made the menu not work
