Outcrops, nodes, etc. don't respawn. However, updates might regenerate parts of the map.

I'm not saying you have to complete it first try, all I'm saying is that a ton of people could not find it at all, including me. The base is hidden in a vague tunnel next to a lot of other tunnels. I really don't expect anyone to even find it at all. Markers are sometimes necessary, but are a lot of the times because something is too difficult to find and just a quick fix. ||They could have taken the ship for example that is right next to the place Marg jumps into the water|| and had a tunnel to it from there. I'm not a greate game designer, but there are probably a lot of other things they could have done to make it more obvious instead of it being hidden in an obscure place 😅
