The high capacity tank databox is about 125m down next to a single tube base piece (inside there is a habitat builder you can scan; also scan the window for whenever you do build a base, since there’s not a lot of windows to scan in the game it’s just helpful to get it out of the way). Not far away from there, look for a crane platform that’s around 170m down (you’ll need to use oxygen plants so you don’t drown, just watch your oxygen level) to get the rebreather databox.

The air bladder will help if you need to surface as an emergency. 4 medkits should be good
