In one of the caves when you walk up from the dock to delta station. its quite obvious, its where the table and boxes are. Just take the obvious path up to the station and check the caves to your left and right.

Maidas ||story is over but it is wise to re-visit her base after some time. But Sams story is not over yet. You have to visit Phi robotics and glacial basin. Also Omega lab and outpost zero should be explored. But you can do her and AlAn together. No need to separate them||

You can hit it with the seatruck, but once they are near death they swimm away quite quickly. Hard to follow them. But its doable.

No, not really any weapons in BZ. The seatruck is your best weapon. It can kill anything that is killable.

Its not necessary. The teather tool takes up quite some space in your inventory and the ion cube only last for 3 time use. So its quite expensive. There is a trick around that but its so impractical. But fun to build and use once 🙂
