Frankly, I discourage killing leviathans anyway. Play smart, and they're no more a threat than a brute shark.

The content of the CellsCache folder is keeping the state of the world, very precisely. Exact position, scale, and component of entities.

So for instance, their LiveMixin, their health.

If you pick up a resource and the batch isn't properly synchronized, the resource will be back.

Same as PDAs, fragments, etc.

You found the problem already. Some modules (not all) made on EA won't fit, they are "larger". The fix is sadly to redo them. Test each, pilot it manually into the hole

Going there from Phi is not straightforward. You either need to go underwater or over on a high ledge
