so, I made a hotel looking base. I will add more to it, but for now this is it's form, and I think it's already good enough to be shown to others. the base itself can be divided into 2 parts, lobby-moonpools and the hotel. this is ofc the first part
and this is the second part
now, there are a lot of interior design, with mostly every mp room not being like the other. that's why I won't upload all the images here, but make a powerpoint file containing all the screenshots, while also explaining some stuff (because I can waste space in a file, unlike a chat), and also post the save file itself, so people can explore the thing themselves if they want to

I know it's a bad pic but it's the only one Have as of now.
It's powered by 21 thermals
And a 2nd mini base with solar panels
Has 4 moon pools, 4 scanner rooms, 56 multi purpose rooms almost full interior.
All in survival with no mods.

But the whales might get annoying but not for me.
That's the only downside I can't find out how to mute the whales with out the entire game volume

Plus there is a vent in the safe shallows, you can make a solar farm above ground, No things can kill you (except those biter fish , Reef back tiger plants, and sand sharks but if you build 5-15 meters off the ground you don't need to worry about sand sharks (I think)). I'd say it's as safe as the safe shallows. Plus the water is very deep for a base so you don't need to worry about running out of space. And it's a big open area.

i think there is a lot of missed opportunities here. the devs could come up with add on areas. not story driven, but challenge driven. build a habitat with this that and the other... at such and such depth... be aware of the "leviathan Nautilus" or what ever creature of the day. kinda like quake had different maps we could have different level/maps off to the side of the story in the original engine or below zero. eh i'm just "spitballen" here. i really do enjoy the environment it has really taken the edge off the stressful things in life. any way keep up the great work. i enjoy seeing the different habitats everyone is building.

In general, planting beautiful plants around the base is a good idea. I guess I will. But it is not possible to hide the foundation completely or more than half: most of the space around the base is too deep, it is impossible to build growbeds there. Or I didn’t fully understand the idea.

Added "Spotted Dockleaf" and "Violet Beau", I think they look great. Especially I liked the fact that "Spotted Dockleaf" glows blue in the dark so the base gets extra lighting and looks great at night, I think.
For some reason, the game refuses to load algae, their seeds and the glow from their seeds, even at a small distance. They are loaded and light up only if I swim close.
