That definitely would be a nice recurring trend, but then again, I probably wouldn't want to see it integrated more than once, as the Ventgardens in Below Zero were pretty interesting, but didn't have any interactions besides going inside of them. (I guess the massive floaters from SN1 kind of fit into that category too 🤔 )

In terms of leviathans, I really hope SN2 goes with a more unique route for their placement / density, because SN and Below Zero both had a trend of reusing the same primary aggressive leviathan in many of it's biomes (Reaper and Chelicerate respectively)

I personally love the base-level intelligent creatures like sea monkeys or cuddlefish where they're able to be playful and inquisitive. To me, that's the height of what I personally want to see, b/c I love the juxtaposition between hi-tech, futuristic, alterra pre-fab stuff and then the super raw unga-bunga badassery of nature

But I also think my base is gonna focus more on symmetry than being as big as possible.

I like a good symmetrical design, I kinda wanna do like one central tower with an observation deck at the top.

Except the tower is actually hollow, and it's the main way in to the base. A bunch of hatches all facing inward toward eachother, going upwards towards a moon pool which is the only way into my observation deck
