Radio calls are mostly triggered by exploring new biomes and crafting new tools/equipment, only some have time triggers.

You can find prawn drill arm fragments in wrecks in underwater islands, blood kelp trench and grand reef. Cyclops parts in mushroom forest and sea treader's path (hull and bridge) and engine in underwater islands wreck, crag field, mountains (relatively safe to explore south/west sides of mountain island) and crash zone behind Aurora thrusters (also bridge, dangerous area).

I used to think for whatever reason that reaper leviathans were just stalkers, but there was so much radiation from the crash site that it turned the stalkers into reapers. I think I thought this because I thought stalkers were just called reapers, and also there’s dialogue that plays where your pda says that the radiation will affect the nearby wildlife. Even though this was not true at all, I think it would be cool if something like that happened after the explosion.
