Meh. It's pretty isolated.

Bulb zone is great biome, but it is sandwiched between 2 biomes with reapers, if you want to leave those biomes, you have to go to through the mushroom forest then get into 1 of grassy plateaus biomes.

So this means getting to other biomes through surface is time consuming, and getting through the lost river is good, but you have to pass LONG hallway and then through other subbiomes which is also time consuming.

It's singleplayer you can play the way you want. That's totally fine. For me I consider it very boring because you don't have much to do with all the necessities missing. A better way is to start a survival and use console commands to alter some things. Like "freebuild" for no materials when you want to build huge structures fast.

You can't they fall through the map as soon as you leave the area. It's a pain to use the scanner for stalker teeth. Just stay around and find a stalker nest and collect the metal they have there and drop it outside. They carry it back and when biting it they drop a tooth. You can also make a farm.

Find an area with lucky 3 Stalker nests nearby park your cyclops in the middle and wait some ingame nights an days. Because you have to be around otherwise they won't exist. And you have to be active and take the metal away as soon as they finish to collect it.

If you go to the || cove tree || and go in the harmless blue brine you can find tons of nickel too

Or in some other parts of the river its just on the ground or on the walls or with a prawn drill arm theres big deposits in the more shallow parts of the river
