Well in any case 1 big locker is 2 titanium and 1 quarts
A hatch to get into containment is already 1 titanium and quarts, also gotta keep in mind that you need to build multiple big rooms to fit all of those containments so even more resources required (+ materials that will keep the integrity of that whole base if you wanna include that)

All in all, probably better at the end of the game when you build a mega base
