Hey guys im roughly 880 Meters in the void and almost no ghost leviathans are spawning, im in the void thats behind the crash site

Void is considered a biome, and it also has it boundaries so it's possible to go far enough out of the biome which would stop ghosts from spawning since you are tehnically not in that biome anymore

At the intersection of safe shallows/kelp/red grass but also near a source of shale. There is a good spot near lifepod 3 (go to ||BFG island|| for lithium and diamond) or in the southeast on top of ||the jellyshroom cave entrance||.

You want to be near kelp or a wreck for lots of titanium.

Unless you mean deeper bases.
