As to the other question, why you don’t find Bart’s habitat, it’s presumed crushed when the Aurora makes its crash landing (because from the trailer, it’s shown in the safe shallows area)

Reginalds have the highest calorie count per fish they are a little rarer than other options but with the containment unit they are easily the best for the sushi factory

Unless you also want to use that sushi factory for power then it's the purple peepers from the mushroom cave they have a little less nutrients but way more power density in the bioreactor
