If you plan to set up a base in Grand Reef, you might as well just go Blood Kelp Trench. It is one of the most direct ways to go deeper, with several wrecks and resource deposits. Only amp eels and warpers are dangers. It is VERY dark though.

One of the very first PDA entries is when you make the knife, and it says that the survival knife is the only form of weaponry Alterra employees are allowed to carry after the massacre on Obraxis Prime.

This raises a question that has never been really answered in this series, and within the wider lore… what is this version of humanity really capable of?

I think these mods greatly improve the experience with the game in general.

I also added mod that allows me to reproduce fish in the small aquarium and a solar loading module for Cyclops.
