you really only need an extra set or 2 for expeditions. youre going to want a base anyway for the scanner room and the upgrade console
of course, endgame theres the ||ion cells|| and you dont really need an extra set when youre decked out with those

my playthroughs anymore i dont even have extra cells but i do have all my junk in there so making more is not a problem. im also using power a lot less just because im more experienced now

if you dont have the cell charger blueprint, a moonpool and prawn is a free one

lr and below is really easy to use thermal reactors in, so having the stuff to make a quick recharge base is a good idea too

Once your time capsule is approved it joins the active pool of time capsule, so if we would accept every time capsule that is submitted their originality would drop and they would all be very generic.

So nowadays I only accept them if they're very exotic or are high quality.

Of course the latter is very subjective.

Because if a time capsule is in the active pool, it is seen by a lot of players as long as it stays there. Which, in most case is forever.

Also don't expect yours to be moderated quickly there are three years of backlog.
