I dont think they have different databank, but you can try to scan juvenile to make sure.

Some of the boxes are empty. Fragments have random element and they are not always in the same places. For stasis rifle, possible fragment locations are wrecks in safe shallows, kelp forest and bulb zone, near degasi bases and underwater islands biome

What do you mean 'over 100m'? You don't use oxygen above surface. (Excpet inside alien containment in a land base)

If you mean depth 0-100m, oxygen use is same with and without rebreather

100m depth increases your oxygen consumption slightly, 200m depth greatly. Rebreather gets rid of the decrease and allows you to breathe normally

Just when I think I got a good grip on the fear of exploring, I take a prawn suit trip to the blood kelp zone from the first time. drop 500 meters off a ridge, only to immediately run into a crab squid watching two warpers fight some big electric eel things next to a lifepod who then sees me and decides to scoot on over and blast me with an EMP.
I audibly went "this place is not nice and I don't want to be here anymore"
Now I'm outright terrified of going to the Grand reef or the dunes.

Not true. After visiting key locations like the turret island or the aurora, you activate a specific stage of the bacteria which then enables you to be targeted and attacked by warpers. Therefore contracting the bacteria actively makes your game more difficult

Why do people go to 'back of Aurora' for engine fragments when there are safer options available? Wreck in underwater islands, south/west sides of mountain island and crag field all have slots for engine fragments and no hostile leviathans. (Well, crag field can be considered to be in the direction of 'back if Aurora', but further away than crash zone)

If you start right at the edge of the underwater Islands there is a ridge not too far from the surface that leads very near right to a drop off where you can drop in there head straight over the life pod two and you will find some deep shrooms

That starting point I circled is my base and it's only about 17 m and if you follow that ridge right to that Gap you'll only be exposed for a short time if you don't have upgraded vehicles

|| Unless I’m wrong but it’s ghost leviathans who get too big, sea dragons ARE dying out but I believe (I’ve never seeen this ingame in any pda but I’ve seen a lot of people mention it) it’s because the aurora blocked their entrance to go reaper hunting, what I have seen is they can’t reproduce or something so after the ingame ones would die, they’d be extinct. ||
